a standard stay , nothing really good
lack amenities thin towels
i found the room to be quite basic , lacking in certain amenities. the absence of a microwave was inconvenient , especially for heating up leftovers. also , the provided towels felt rather thin and small , and they did not seem adequate for a comfortable stay.

Clean Rooms and Convenient Location

The room had air conditioning. This was important. Underground parking was available and free. The hotel's proximity to the "Roam" bus stop simplified transportation around town. I found the location very convenient.
The pillows were not very supportive. This made it difficult to sleep well. It would have been better if there had been better pillows available.

The staff was professional and helpful . They provided prompt assistance with directions and local information. The check-in process was efficient. the service was satisfactory.

The on-site restaurant offered a variety of dishes. The menu included local and international cuisine. The restaurant was clean, and the service was prompt. I liked it though I only had dinner there.

The hotel featured a jacuzzi and saunas. I used the spa facilities and found them clean and well kept. The underground parking provided convenient access. This was free , which I liked

The hotel location was close to the bus stop. The walk to the main strip took about 15 minutes. The hotel was within walking distance of many shops. This made getting around easy

the location worked fine, it was a short walk to town. my room was clean and ready. i liked the friendly staff at the front desk.
the bathroom was too small. there were not many in-room facilities. i also noticed there was no gym here.

old decor disappointing fireplace
the location was acceptable (near the main town).
I booked a "king room" expecting a great experience, but the room looked no different from a standard room. neither the size nor the view matched my expectations, and the decor felt old and worn. the "fireplace" was especially disappointing. It featured styrofoam logs and shiny aluminum foil bricks.

Acceptable Stay. Some Disappointments
misleading photos uncomfortable beds
The room did not resemble the photos online which was disappointing. The building feels old and tired. Parking cost extra and that was not ideal. The beds were also not as comfortable as I had hoped. I expected better for the price I paid though the location was perfect!
